Apartment Casseleria 3: LUXE AND COMFORT IN THE REAL CENTRE OF VENICE This recently renovated apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Venice, halfway between the Rialto bridge (a six minute walk) and St. Mark's Square (a three minute walk). It is very calm because it looks on to a private courtyard and it is accessible only through another quiet venetian private yard. In the apartment there is a double bedroom with an armoire and a chiffonier. The dining room has a lovely early twentieth century inlaid table that seats four, an antique wood and glass china cabinet, a full size sofa-bed and television. The private bathroom is decorated in fine pink marble from Portugal, complete with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The beautiful kitchen has black African granite counters with walls in red marble from Verona. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer-cell, a four-burner gas stove, an oven and a microwave. The four rooms are connected by a foyer allowing separate access to each room making this ideal for two couples. Everyone can have the perfect autonomy and freedom. With the exposed wooden beam ceiling and hardwood/brick flooring this apartment captures the beauty of historical Venice. Independent heating system; everything renewed on May 2004.
